Observer Name Field

This field is used to input the observers of specific images. You can input parts of names and also separate different names with a comma if you want to have many different observers displayed. Currently, you need to input in a FirstLast fashion (no spaces). Additionally, using the name 'rct' should give you all of the calibration frames for RCT. The current list of names is below.
